Big Cats in AlabamaThis is a featured page

Here we are going to talk about critters that don't live in Alabama but everybody seems to see every now and then. We are talking about Mountain Lions. They are here and they can be called up. It is very rare to see one and extremely illegal to shot one. But here are a few pictures and stories about the big cats in Alabama.

Here are a few pictures from Butler County. A deer hunter lost a deer and didn't find it for a couple of days. when it was found something had been eating on it so he set a game camera up to monitor the location and this is what they found.

Here are a few pictures from a State Park around West Point. These pictures were taken by a park ranger in mid November. This cat weighed about 150 pounds and was 88" from nose to tail tip.
